Who We Are
Saginaw Bay Plastics was founded in 1978 and is a family owned business that transitioned from the tool & die business to a quality driven career of over 40 years in the thermoplastics injection molding industry.
We produce a wide variety of plastics components in the automotive and non-automotive industries.
Saginaw Bay Plastics is centrally located in Michigan which comes with many advantages:

What We Do
With an experienced engineering team, we work directly with customers to determine the best tooling design for maximum quality and efficiency. Before we begin part production, we perform; DOEs, APQP, PFMEA, and PPAPS to make sure the part and process are ready at launch. We are capable of producing quality parts both big and small. Our machine sizes range from 101 Ton-1461 Ton. During production we practice the JIT inventory system to help customers reduce their inventory and receive parts as they need them.
Who We Do It For
We produce mainly interior, pre-wrapped, automotive parts for our Tier 1 automotive suppliers. Interior parts such as: headliners, armrests, and panels. We supply many other industries as well. Industries such as: agriculture, marine, commercial, and more.
