Injection Molding
Injection molding is a process of using heat and high pressures and injecting engineered thermo plastics into the various precision injection molds that are built to the customers needs to produce the highest quality parts for the customers to meet their specification. We use a wide variety of thermo plastics from clear poly carbonate, ABS, nylons, polyesters, polypropylene, and many other glass and mineral materials.
Sequential Valve Gate Controls
Sequential Valve Gating controls the plastic’s flow front with valve operated nozzles, allowing the movement of weld lines to desired areas within the molded part. Valve gate triggering can be initiated by either time or screw position.
Two-Shot Injection Molding
Two-Shot Molding is the process of combining two different plastics to produce one part. Cost effective and efficient, two-shot has many uses and is not limited to: Seals, grips, buttons, multi-colored parts, etc.
Sub Assembly
Sub assembly is a collection of parts put together as a unit, to be used in the making of a larger assembly or a final or higher item. What may be a subassembly at one point, however, may be an assembly at another.
Pad Printing
Pad printing is a printing process that can transfer a 2-D image onto a 3-D object. This is accomplished using an indirect offset printing process that involves an image being transferred from the cliché via a silicone pad onto a substrate.
Hot Stamping
Hot stamping or foil stamping is a printing method of relief printing in which pre-dried ink or foils are transferred to a surface at high temperatures.
